RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@groovpeptides.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so our team can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed by the carrier, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
